A bowl that makes a happy and healthy meal. I enjoy making stir fry prawns bowl as it allows me to use all the leftover and/or new vegetables I have in my fridge and cook a hearty meal in less than 5-7mins. This quick meal bowl gives you wonderful flavors of vegetables and seafood. Make cooking easy with this idea 🙂

Cooking time – 7 minutes
Ingredients :
100gms Prawns (or a handful as you like)
Handful Snow-Pea
Handful Broccoli
Green bean
Bell Pepper
Mushroom
Cherry Tomato
Parmesan Cheese (grated)
Soy Sauce
Seasoning (pepper, lemon juice, sesame seeds, or flax seeds)
Recipe :
- Stir fry prawns and vegetables (except cherry tomato) together with some salt, pepper and soy sauce.
- Let the prawns cook and the vegetables to be tender and crunchy (it should take about 4minutes)
Add 1tsp. lemon juice and give it a good mix.
- Spinkle some grated parmesan cheese and flax or sesame seeds.
I have skipped the salt, as the soy sauce is already salty. This is a perfect meal if you are looking to finish the few vegetables that are in your fridge (I always have some in mine 🙂) Enjoy this healthy and quick bowl for lunch or dinner.
