Thai Iced Tea Bars

Thai tea is usually known as a Thai drink made from Ceylon tea, Milk and Sugar, and served cold. It is popular in Southeast Asia, especially in Thailand. When served cold it is known as Thai Iced Tea. I have made these frozen bars with Ceylon tea, Coconut milk, Condensed milk, and Honey. Added some ground Peanut for that extra crunch. Stored them in the freezer for up to 2 weeks 🙂
