Blueberries are known for their low calorie but high nutritional value. I have made an easy and refreshing Ice-cream with a simple ingredient that is GREEK YOGURT. Natural tart and sweetness from Blueberries and the creamy thickness from Greek yogurt makes this ice cream a must-have 🙂
Calories – 80c per bar
Prep time – 2 minutes
Cook time – 4 hours (for freezing)
3 tbsp. Greek Yogurt
Half a cup Milk (any milk you prefer)
Honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
- Blend all the above mentioned ingredients in a blender.
- Freeze the mixture in popsicle molds or any container (where you can easily scoop it out).
- Freeze for a minimum of 7 hours.
You can always enjoy this Ice cream even if you are following a strict diet. After all, it’s just fruit and yogurt 🙂 I will be happy to hear from you if you like this recipe in the comments section.
