So simple yet so aromatic and healthy. A variety to your breakfast table for rushed mornings. A blend of refreshing basil and healthy spinach is a perfect way to start your morning. It took me less than 5 minutes to make this delicious omelet 🙂
Prep time – 2 minutes
Cook time – 2 minutes
Serves – 2
Handful of fresh Basil Leaves
Handful of fresh Spinach Leaves
Seasoning (salt and black pepper)
- Beat the eggs well and pour in a hot skillet with few drops of oil.
- Place spinach leaves and basil leaves on the egg as shown in the picture. Season with salt and black pepper. Cover the lid and cook for 30 seconds. Turn the omelet and cook for another 30 seconds.
