Everyone is fond of this delicious and yummy finger food. It is native to America. With its growing popularity, it has become a big hit for any kind of occasion. I have lately started making these at home every weekend. I am going to share with you an easy and quick buffalo wing recipe here. The best part is, there is no need to deep fry or bake and I promise you, it will taste just like restaurant-style.

Serves – 2
Ingredients :
250gms Chicken Wings
1 Tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
5 Tbsp Tabasco Sauce
1 Tbsp White Vinegar or Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Tbsp Baking Powder (optional, for browning the wings skin)
3 Tbsp Butter
Sour Cream for serving
Garnish (spring onions and white sesame seeds)
Recipe :
- Cut the wings in half at the joint. Wash and dry the wings.
- Marinate the wings with ginger-garlic paste, tabasco sauce, lemon juice or vinegar, black pepper powder, and baking soda for about 15 minutes.
- Heat saucepan with butter and cook the wings flipping both sides for 15 mins (add splash of water if needed)
cook until the chicken is ready.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions before serving.
