Moringa Buttermilk

Moringa is Drumstick leaves, common names include moringa, drumstick tree, horseradish tree, and ben oil tree or benzolive tree. Moringa has many important vitamins and minerals. It also has calcium, protein, iron, and amino acids, which help your body heal and build muscle. I have made delicious and nutritious buttermilk with moringa powder to make the most of this goodness this summer. You can store a bottle full of this in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
