Stir-fry dishes are the best when running out of time on a busy day. I always like to keep my stir-fries really simple and easy. this dish is best served as a side or just on its own. 100gms Brussels Sprouts (slit into halves)
A handful of Bok Choy
2 tbsp Butter
2-3 Garlic Cloves (finely minced)
Seasoning (salt, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, lemon juice)
Garnish (crushed or whole walnuts)
- Heat 2 Tbsp butter in a pan and add minced garlic and brussels sprouts.
- Add black pepper powder, red chili flakes, lemon juice salt to taste. Add a dash of water to cook the brussels sprouts for about 6 to 7 minutes.
- Switch off the stove and ass Boy Choy, and cover the lid of the pan so that the boy choy is cooked with the steam.
- Garnish with chopped walnuts for the crunchy and nutty flavor.
