Refreshing summer food! I love this cold snack or a meal by itself. Labneh and Cucumber not only cool the belly but also fills it at the same time. You can always alter the Labneh dip according to your kitchen ingredients. This labneh spread can also be used as a dip if you wish to store it.

Ingredients:
3 Tbsp Labneh (any flavor you like)
A handful of Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, and Dill Herb (optional)
2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
1 Cucumber (shaved)
2 Sourdough Slices or any bread of your choice (toasted)
Garnish (white & Black Sesame seeds)
Recipe:
- In a bowl, Add chopped Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Dill Herb, Garlic, and Salt to taste and mix well.
- Toast Sourdough slices, spread the labneh mix, and arrange the cucumber shavings as shown in the pic. Garnish with sesame seeds.
