Yogurt Bar – Walnuts and Apricot

They not only look good but they are rich in taste too. I have a sweet tooth and yogurt bars are the best way to fulfill my Ice-cream craving. This healthy, sweet, and crunchy Yogurt Bar is made of Greek Yogurt, Walnuts, and Dried Apricots. After you make this yogurt bar, I promise you will always stock up your freezer with it.

Calories – 40c per bar
Prep time – 5 minutes
Cook time – 2 hours ( freezing time)

Ingredients :

2 small cups 120gm each Greek Yogurt (to be honest you can make with any full-fat yogurt too)
Handful chopped Walnuts
Handful chopped dried Apricots
Honey (for extra sweetness, optional)

Recipe :

  • In a bowl Mix Greek yogurt, Walnuts, Apricot and Honey together.
  • Place a parchment paper on a baking tray that can go in the freezer or use any rectangle or square container.
  • Pour the yogurt mixture in the baking tray or a container and give it a smooth layer with spatula.
  • Freeze for 5-6 hours.
  • Cut the frozen slab into bars and wrap the bars individually in a parchment paper and store in the freezer for up to a month.
