Portobello Mushroom Pizza

Pizza is one of the most liked dishes in the world. This Pizza is not made of flour or yeast, instead, I have used Portobello mushrooms for my pizza craving. In fact, I feel this tastes even better than the flour pizza because the Portobello mushrooms are naturally so juicy and meaty in taste. It is so healthy and impressive! This Pizza was ready in 20 mins from start to finish 🙂

Calories – 130c per portobello
Prep time – 10 minutes
Cook time – 10 minutes
Serves – 2

Ingredients :


Portobello Mushroom (normally it comes 2 in a packet)
Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
Pizza sauce or Tomato sauce/puree
Fillings (spinach leaves, basil leaves, bell pepper, cherry tomato, or whatever you like or have in your kitchen)
Seasoning (salt, black pepper, and oregano)

Recipe :

  • Preheat the oven on 180C for about 10 mins.
  • Gently cut the stem of the mushroom from inside using a spoon.
    Massage the mushroom in and out with oil. Apply pizza sauce or tomato puree to the inner hollow side of the Portobello mushroom.
  • Fill in the mushroom with chopped bell pepper, chopped spinach leaves, cherry tomato or what ever you decide to use.
  • Sprinkle generous amount of mozzarella cheese. Season with black pepper, salt, and oregano
    Bake for about 15 mins or until the cheese melts and mushroom is tender.
