Truffle oil and sauce are used to boost the flavors of dishes. Truffles are costly because they’re hard to find, difficult to grow, and impossible to store for any length of time. I have made this recipe really easy by getting ready truffle sauce which can be used multiple times. The beef stew was one of the best choices I have made to go along with the truffle and mushroom sauce as it made the dish rich and enhanced the flavor of the meat. Millet on the side is really healthy and low on carbs. I would suggest buying a brand of sauce and the millet, you like.
