Beet Chicken Slaw Terrain

Beetroot Chicken Terrain was a quick meal prep idea prepared by me on a good-food-good-mood day 🙂. I love vibrant plates and foods. I have always looked for ideas where I can make the food edible and beautiful. This recipe is a protein-rich plate that you will definitely enjoy.

calories – 120c per terrain
Perp time – 5 minutes
Cooking time 15 minutes
Serves – 2

Ingredients :

300gms Chicken (boiled and shredded)
1 big Beetroot (big size beetroot preferably)
Seasoning (salt, black pepper, chili flakes, mayonnaise, chili sauce or ketchup, coriander/cilantro, dill herb, and lemon juice)
Garnish (dried Cranberries and Black Sesame seeds)

Recipe :

  • Boil and cook, beetroot and chicken separately.
  • Make an easy and yummy chicken slaw – shredded chicken, mayonnaise, ketchup/chili sauce, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, chopped cilantro, and dill herb. Mix all well.
  • Peel the beetroot skin and cut slices (medium) as shown in the pic.
  • Place chicken slaw on the round beet slices and garnish with dry cranberries and sesame seeds.
