One Pan Steak

Steak is a meat generally sliced across the muscle fibers. It is normally grilled, though can also be pan-fried.
I have pan-fried the steak and stir-fried some juicy mushrooms just at the end in the same pan, which helped me lessen the mess in the kitchen and a quick, substantial meal was ready in no time with minimum ingredients – salt, black pepper, garlic, and lemon juice. Keeping spices less and simple actually enhances the taste of your meal.

Ingredients :

Beef Steak Slice
300gms Mushrooms or a handful
Garlic Cloves
Seasoning (salt, black pepper, and lemon juice)

Recipe :

  • Marinate the steak with dash of oil, salt, chopped garlic, and lots of black pepper for a few minutes and cook as per your preference (I have made well done).
  • Just a minute before you switch off the gas make some room in the side for mushrooms. Add the diced mushrooms and sprinkle back pepper and dash of lemon juice, cook until tender, it should take less than a minute.

Enjoy this quick and healthy steak with lots of green salad or steam vegetables. You can simply eat this as it is, with the nutty flavor of mushrooms and juicy steak 🙂 Please do let me know if you like this easy steak idea.
