Meatballs are always a favorite for all age groups. Especially when you have kids around. I made this spontaneous new dish today. Beans and Meatballs make a substantial and flavorful meal. This meal is perfect for a bento box as it is really easy to carry. In under 30 minutes, you will have this meal ready. I am happy to share this easy and delicious recipe with you.

Serves – 2
Ingredients:
250gms Minced Beef (you can use any meat you like)
200gms French Beans
1 medium-size Onion
3 Green Chilies
1 Egg (optional)
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice & 1 Tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
3 Tbsp Butter
Seasoning (black pepper powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, red chili flakes, chopped coriander, and salt to taste)
Recipe:
Meatballs: In a mixing bowl add minced beef (make sure the water is drained well and dry), 1 finely chopped onion, 3 finely chopped green chilies, a handful of chopped coriander, 1 beaten egg (optional), 1Tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 1Tsp black pepper powder, 1Tsp cumin powder, 1Tsp red chili powder, salt to taste. Mix all well and make small meatballs. Heat 3Tbsp cooking oil in a pan and shallow fry the balls on all sides for about 7 to 8 minutes until you get a golden crust.
Beans: Heat 3Tbsp butter in a pan, and add 2minced/chopped garlic cloves. Once fragrant and soft, add the beans, 1Tbsp black pepper powder, 1Tbsp lemon juice, 1Tsp red chili flakes, and salt to taste. Give all a good mix. Add a dash of water to create steam. Cook for about 7 minutes or until the beans are tender and crunchy.
